Cyberquantm Technologies LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company (“Cyberquantm,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you access or use Odysseus Careers, the flagship application of Cyberquantm Technologies LLC, together with all related websites, applications, APIs, and software (collectively, the “Services”), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

Odysseus Careers is a proprietary application designed, developed, and supported by Cyberquantm Technologies LLC. This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

ARTICLE 1 – WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW

1.1. Your Content. In the course of providing Odysseus Careers, Cyberquantm may process resumes, job descriptions, generated packages, application materials, and related artifacts that you upload, submit, or generate through the Services (“Your Content”).

1.2. Account and Customer Information. We collect information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked with you, including account and registration information (name, email address), billing information processed by Apple, communications you send to us, and subscription or entitlement records.

1.3. Information We Collect Automatically. We may automatically collect device and usage data, log and diagnostic data, and limited operational metadata necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

ARTICLE 2 – HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to provide, operate, maintain, and secure Odysseus Careers; to generate and deliver professional packages; to manage subscription tiers and package allowances; to authenticate users; to prevent abuse; to provide support; to process payments through Apple; to comply with legal obligations; and, with your consent or as otherwise permitted, to send administrative communications.

ARTICLE 3 – HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION

We do not sell your Personal Information. We may disclose information to service providers (including Apple for payment processing and infrastructure providers), as required by law, in connection with a business transfer, or with your consent.

ARTICLE 4 – SECURITY

Cyberquantm implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information and Your Content. No security measure is completely infallible.

ARTICLE 5 – DATA RETENTION

We retain Personal Information and Your Content for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specific retention periods for Odysseus Careers data classes are set forth in the Product Addendum.

ARTICLE 6 – YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your Personal Information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. In all subscription tiers, you can delete your account at any time and have an option to delete your information at any time, subject to the procedures in the Product Addendum and limited legal exceptions. ARTICLE 7 – CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children.

ARTICLE 8 – CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Services or by email. The “Last Updated” date indicates when it was last revised.

PRODUCT-SPECIFIC PRIVACY POLICY ADDENDUM

Effective October 11, 2026

This Addendum supplements the Cyberquantm Technologies LLC Privacy Policy for the Odysseus Careers flagship application and related services. The existing Privacy Policy remains unchanged. If this Addendum conflicts with the Privacy Policy about Odysseus Careers data handling, this Addendum controls for Odysseus Careers only.

1. ABOUT ODYSSEUS CAREERS

Odysseus Careers is a proprietary application designed, developed, and supported by Cyberquantm Technologies LLC. It is the flagship application of Cyberquantm Technologies LLC.

2. SCOPE AND PRODUCT DATA

Odysseus Careers processes account and authentication information; resumes and other career documents; job descriptions and job links; application preferences; generated resumes, cover letters and related artifacts; application revisions; trust-and-evidence decisions; generation-job records; subscription or entitlement records; and limited operational, security and usage metadata. Cyberquantm uses this information to authenticate users, generate and deliver application materials, manage product allowances by tier, provide support, maintain security, and comply with law.

3. SUBSCRIPTION TIERS AND DATA HANDLING

Package generation and download allowances, feature access, and digital experience levels vary by subscription tier (Free, Pro, and Elite) as described in the Terms of Service Product Addendum. Subscription and entitlement records are retained as needed to manage subscriptions and these allowances, to process payments through Apple, and as required by law.

4. USER-INITIATED ACCOUNT AND INFORMATION DELETION

In all tiers, the user can delete their account at any time and has an option to delete their information at any time. A user may permanently delete the account through the in-app Privacy & Trust workflow or by contacting Cyberquantm. The user must complete the displayed confirmation step. Permanent deletion revokes active sessions and removes the live authentication identity, applications, revisions, generation jobs, claim decisions, and associated private Storage objects. The deletion is intended to be irreversible for live systems. Users can request a copy of their data through “Export your data” in the application while signed in. The export is a ZIP file containing structured JSON data and available retained files, downloadable only by the authorized account owner. A prepared export is available for 24 hours after preparation or until account deletion, whichever comes first. Account deletion removes server-side exports and the authentication identity, so users must download any export before deleting their account; copies already downloaded remain on the user’s device. Deletion from live systems may not immediately remove copies held in backups; those copies expire according to applicable backup arrangements.

5. PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payments for paid subscription tiers are collected using the Apple payment subscription system. Cyberquantm does not directly store full payment card details. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through the user’s Apple account/subscriptions settings.

6. ODYSSEUS CAREERS RETENTION SCHEDULE

The periods below describe when Odysseus Careers data becomes eligible for removal; they are not guarantees that data will be removed on that date. Data may be removed sooner if the user deletes it or deletes the account, and may be kept longer where required by law. The following standards apply:

Aggregate or de-identified statistics that cannot reasonably identify a person may be retained longer. Production retention checks run daily. Scheduled deletion under the stated retention periods is not yet enabled. Account deletion remains available through the application.
